Point 12 Services is an authorized dealer on Bull Shoals and Norfork Lakes. The dock and lift company we represent has been in business for 35 years with projects in several states, providing high quality docks and boat lifts appropriate to their settings while at the same time being extremely functional.

We offer a wide range of services - from planning and development, to design and construction. The engineers are qualified and certified experts. Each client receives one-on-one attention and each dock is custom built, with its own unique blueprint. The price of each dock will be quoted individually, and will include installation.

Whether you want a small dock or a commercial dock, or a 5000 - 12000 lb. boat lift, we will build it for you.

SUBSTRUCTURE: 10" bar joist, 1 1/2" x 1 1/2" angle with 1" x 1" angle web
COLUMNS: 2" x 2" 11 gauge square tubing (in bar joist sockets)
ROOFING: 26 gauge steel, galvanized or colored
PURLINS: Zee's 2 1/2" x 8" galvanized steel
DECKING: 2" x 6" cross-decked, 2" x 4" nailers, all CCA treated. Vinyl, concrete and 5/4" x 6" available upon request
All steel components are hot dipped galvanized after fabrication
